Meet Megan Goff, PA-C

Megan’s experience with comprehensive aesthetic facial health and balancing combined with a passion for patient empowerment sets herself apart in the non-surgical aesthetics industry.

Megan Goff is a board certified physician assistant native to Richmond. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology in 2007 at James Madison University. She later attended one of the nation’s top physician assistant programs in the country, Shenandoah University, where she received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and cadaver-training in anatomy.

Megan’s love for surgery and using her hands as a tool to provide patient care developed in graduate school. In 2014 she began working in the plastic surgery industry and first-assisted in thousands of operations over the next 6 years. Here she developed her fine motor skills, manual dexterity and comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and various tissues. Megan also refined her keenness for beauty, artistry, creativity and aesthetic detail that is vital in plastic surgery. During this time she was awarded for best bedside manner in Richmond in 2016 and Best PA/MD team in Virginia.
In 2018, Megan expanded her care to her patients beyond the operating room by providing aesthetic injections and other non-surgical treatments. She specializes in and is passionate about comprehensive, full face and neck aesthetic plans for patients. She is devoted to providing exceptional aesthetic treatments, leveraging continuous trainings and education to offer the latest and greatest in injectable products and techniques in this ever-changing field. Most importantly, Megan is completely committed to her patients: that they feel heard and empowered. She has an overwhelming sense of gratitude for each and every one of her patients and her goal is to touch each of their lives through compassion.

When Megan is not injecting, she enjoys time boating and traveling with her husband Matt. She has a love for all things water, art and reading. Megan feels her greatest accomplishment is becoming a mother to her daughter, Noelle. After many years of infertility, she recognizes the incredible gift that she’s been given in Noelle and the opportunity to be a mother. She looks forward to meeting each and every one of you at your appointment at Reddy Plastic Surgery!
